For those with outstanding orders: We are very sorry that you have not received your order or a refund of your money yet, but please try to understand what we experienced the day before Thanksgiving. Not only did our building burn to the ground, but everything in it as well. Unfortunately, that included all of our computers, all records of orders taken, waiting to be shipped and shipped. The UPS computer that we keep track of packages with was also destroyed. So basically, all we have to go on is what we can get off of our web site, Paypal records, bank records, credit card records and UPS shipping records.

All of these documents have to be retrieved from various sources and it is a very time consuming process. We have not forgotten about our customers and we will make sure that each one of you get your money back if we had already charged you. Please be patient. We are working on it as we get information to help us determine who needs to be paid and what amounts.

We thank you for your patronage over the years and hope that you will return if we decide to rebuild our factory.

LONESTAR BALSA IS TEMPORARILY UNABLE TO ACCEPT YOUR ORDERS
A devastating fire Wednesday afternoon, November 21, burned the Lancaster building completely. If you have orders with Lone Star they will not be shipped. Everything is lost- all records- all computers. We don't even know who had orders in the works, and of course all our phones are out.
Orders placed via this website are known and you should receive some sort of communication from us shortly.
